PROJECT
Mediterranean Family Home. Full renovation and interior design, SpainSCOPE
nvolved from the moment of purchase — advising during the buying process, through construction, design, custom cabinetry, vintage sourcing and ongoing decoration advice. A collaboration that continues today. All linen and window-dressing is our own brand Atelier 105. The brief was clear: a warm family home. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a building that had its own ideas about where the light would go and how much space it was willing to give. We worked with it, not against it.
What connects every room is a long, generous corridor, the spine of the house, the quiet thread that moves you from one world to the next. We gave it purpose. Let it slow you down. In a home like this, the journey between rooms is part of living in it.
The original details came back, one by one. The materials, the textures, the traces of what this place had always been.
And then there is the kitchen. The dining room. The heart of it all. Designed for the kind of family lunch that starts at two and ends somewhere near five. A table big enough for everyone.. Space and light coaxed into every corner of a building that did not give them up easily.
That is what made this one matter. Not the restoration alone, but what it became. A home that remembers where it came from, and knows exactly what it is for.
